4 Tips to Improve Your Breaststroke

Here are 4 tips from Muneki that will improve your breaststroke::

1. Make sure to hold the glide for a minimum of 1 second.

2. You should be lifting your chest out of the water and not just your head when taking a stroke.

3. Push forward not just with your hands but also your chest to create maximum speed when gliding.

4. The kick should be just wide enough to be able to still squeeze the legs quickly.
